Processing, Shipping, and Return Policy

Order Processing
Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. During Sales/promotions, processing times may take up to 7-14 business days for orders to process. Processing times for all products can take UP TO 3-5 business days

Payment Terms
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept most major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged. Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be lead to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Any order flagged as high risk is automatically cancelled/rejected and refund will be issued. Please note that refunds will take some time to reflect in bank account depending on the bank's policy.
Shipping Policy
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS. It takes approximately 1-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Â Packages shipped to a PO BOX will be shipped via USPS only. The MidasTouch Collection LLC reserves the right to change the delivery method specified on this website to a comparable method. Shipping charges may be more or less than the actual rate charged by the carrier. All shipping costs must be paid in full at the time of the order.
Shipping, Refund, Exchange Policy
Wigs, closures, frontals, and bundles are FINAL SALE once shipped. May not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
 For your protection, we suggest that all exchanges be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier with signature. We are not responsible for lost items in transit, All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items; no exchanges or returns will be accepted. The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product exchange transactions. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued.  If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, the exchanged/store credit item would not qualify for the promotion in question.
NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE CLOSURES, LACE FRONTAL, VIRGIN BUNDLES, AND WIGS THEY CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED, REPLACED, OR REFUNDED AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED.Â
Replacements
We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Contact customer service at contact@midastouchcollections.com to report return requests.  Reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your MidasTouch Collection Accessories. A Customer Service Representative will provide the customer with instructions for the return of ALL of the product in question. If The MidasTouch Collection LLC verifies and agrees that the product is defective in any way, The MidasTouch Collection will then exchange or replace the item.
If the customer selects a product in exchange of greater value, they will be responsible for paying the additional cost of the item. The MidasTouch Collection LLC will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged/new item back to the customer if standard shipping is selected. If The MidasTouch does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at our expense (via priority mail) without an exchange of product. Limitation of Liability
The MidasTouch Collection, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. The MidasTouch Collection LLC will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, The MidasTouch Collection LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, The MidasTouch Collection LLC is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Errors and Shipment Delays
We will not be responsible for shipment delays due to weather or other natural or environmental factors, we will try our best to ship out products at the specified timeframe promised. However, we advise that you place your order far in advance to allow for unplanned delays. All shipping errors must be reported 3 business days of the date of delivery. Once confirmed that an incorrect item was sent, we reserve the right to resend the correct product or refund your money. However, the incorrect products must be returned to our office prior to re-shipping of products. Contact for return address.
